Orders from Europe/UK may be charged with VAT upon receiving your package. EU customers please only place an order while keeping this in mind! I will not be liable for any additional charges you may receive
General FAQ
- Orders are shipped from from the Philippines through PHLpost registered mail. All orders come with tracking! Once your order has been shipped, I will send you your tracking number and link via email. (It may take a few days for your order to show up on the tracking link) If some time has passed and you didn't receive a tracking number please let me know!
- On average, packages usually take around a month to arrive after shipping. However it can also possibly take longer. Please note that once i ship out your order the package is completely out of my control and in the hands of the post office! Please only place an order if you are willing to wait for your package ❤️
- If you wish to cancel your order please message me! I will be happy to refund you. Although if your order has already been shipped out there is nothing I can do since the package is out of my hands.
